The Texas Hemp Candidate Forum was a public event and civic dialogue on the future of the Texas hemp industry, held at Leaf & Legends dispensary in Austin. Soma Labs (Somalab International), an Austin-based CBD and wellness brand, needed the event captured and turned into usable video content.
