The Challenge
A second production crew was also covering the Summit — and their camera card corrupted during Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr.'s address, the single biggest moment of the entire conference. Pantheon's team was the only crew with a complete, uncorrupted recording of the full talk. That footage became the master source for every RFK Jr. deliverable — the full address, the highlight cut, and every soundbite pulled from his remarks. Without it, the event's most important moment would have been lost entirely.
Our Approach
Pantheon produced a branded Summit film and a fast-turnaround 4K recap, including a dedicated cut of Secretary Kennedy's address and a testimonial reel of attendees and speakers, documenting a politically and reputationally sensitive event while the Summit was still fresh.

We're at the Sovereignty Ranch today and it is incredible what's happening today. Secretary Kennedy has showed up. He is behind this 100%. He is ready to make this regenerative movement come alive.

Lessons Learned
Redundant capture discipline matters most exactly when it seems least necessary — a second crew being present is not a backup plan on its own.
High-profile, politically-adjacent events have no reshoot option, which changes what "good enough" coverage means going in.
